Analisis Pengendalian Kualitas Produk Menggunakan Statistical Process Control (SPC) dengan Metode C-Chart

Quality control is an important factor in maintaining the consistency of the production process. However, there are still variations in the number of defects, indicating that the process is not yet fully statistically controlled. This study aims to analyze product quality control using Statistical Process Control (SPC) with the c-chart method. The method employed is a quantitative analysis of defect data for each production unit. The c-chart is used to determine whether the production process is within control limits. The results show that there are still observation points outside the control limits, indicating that the production process is not yet fully under statistical control. Therefore, corrective actions are required to reduce the defect rate. In conclusion, the SPC method using a c-chart is effective for analyzing and controlling product quality.
